1）I own and manage a tiger prawn farm 10 acre in Johor, with its produce currently being exported to spore wholesaler ( as per the video attached below)

2) i also own another piece of land 6 acre nearby which i originally intended to construct a second prawn farm. (this area in Johor is very suitable for tiger farming, and this is where most tiger prawns sold in Spore comes from)

But now i wish to change my business model, from being asset heavy , to become asset light, ie becoming a prawn farming management company (similar to hotel mgmt company of not owning the hotel building but merely manage the hotel)

3) Therefore, i would like to seek a potential investor/buyer for my 6 acre, together with the tiger prawn farming business which i shall help to set up and manage ( very suitable for restaurants owner to acquire as it ensure a steady source of supply at production cost )

4) the tiger prawn output from this new farm is expected to be 45tonne per year. The wholesale price in Spore is around S$25-30/kg

5) The asking price (including the prawn farm business , as well as the 6acre freehold beachfront land where the farm sits on) is S$5mil
