Description

Singapore-based e-commerce business for sale.

In three years, our e-commerce startup has become a profitable business.  We hope that you will grow it to the next level.  We sell everyday affordable household items which are popular or will be popular.  Our customer-market is mass-market (大众化).

 

Two groups of buyers would be interested in our business:

1.       Buyers who want to get into  E-commerce but don’t know how and where to start. 

2.       Buyers who want to expand their E-commerce business into a new segment. 

 

Sales grew from SGD 100,000 in 2019 to SGD 600,000 in 2021 and the normalized net profit in 2021 was about SGD 80,000.  In 2022, we want to taper sales down to SGD 400,000 but we can still maintain profits at SGD 80,000.  We sell on all major marketplace platforms – Lazada, Carousell, Shoppe, and Qoo10.

 

On average, we sell to 900 customers a month.  Our database shows that we have had more than 10,000 transactions in the last 12 months.

 

We have done the hard work of setting up the suppliers, customers and logistics networks.  In addition, we have a small team of loyal and hardworking employees operating out of the Philippines, China, Indonesia and Pakistan, where costs are much lower.  The team will take care of most of the back-end work such as marketing, product listings, customer fulfillment, and customer complaints.

 

Many have asked if we are a drop-shipping business and if we advertise a lot.  Both answers are No.  We buy and hold stock.  Drop-shipping profit margins are too low.  We hardly advertise because we have another way of getting customers which is cheaper and more effective.  Sourcing and holding stock are not difficult when you have trusted suppliers.  Also, profit margins are much higher than drop-shipping.

 

Either way, we will stay for six months and teach you everything we know including our “secret sauce”.  After that, the sky's the limit for you.

 

Why are we selling? We want to focus on our family business and studies.  We don’t want to let a profitable e-commerce business go to waste.

 

We are asking for SGD 380,000 for our business, and we prefer to speak directly with buyers.
